Also please note that incremental tarballs are run only against the fulls from the same month, so you can't just pick up incrementals from July and August, add them to a full from July and have all the media.

On an unrelated note, is there any plans on how Wikidata will be backed up and dumped so that others can download the correct content? I am referring to possibly separate dumps for the descriptions, etc, unlike a full wikitext dump for other wikis.
