You may not take vectors from that site due to the restrictions in the use of the site's content. https://www.freepikcompany.com/legal and if you must take vectors from there, you should not upload the material to Wikimedia Commons as Commons' licenses forbid non-commercial and non-derivatives license (-NC & ND).
