As everyone knows we are planning the contest "the women you have never met"
We send again some news so we can move forward:
1- The contest page in goal is ready. You can find it here

chapter or user groups should arm its page in Wikipedia. For example the
page in Wikipedia in Spanish is: here

Once you do it, please share it with us! That way we can follow the number
of articles or the work done all together :)
2- The logo will have it ready next week, I'll send it as soon as possible!
3- We are organizing a video. I already have the confirmation of WikiDonne
in Italy, Wikimedia Morocco and members of some Wikipedias in India. The
main idea of this video is to be able to publicize the contest, but above
all represent women and all the languages, so need more representatives.

I am sending you to update some information regarding the contest.
1. We are now working on the logo. We will be sending it, as soon as
possible, this week!
2. We were thinking in doing a call to action video to make some noise
everywhere. We are thinking in making a video where we are all involved and
to be used as a call to action for all the communities around the world, to
join and participate. For this we would need you to send us a short video.
Would you be interested in doing something like that?
3. Again. The meta page for the contest is this one

main activity now is to open a contest page in your local Wikipedia or
specific project spaces. Also if you share Wikipedias you can do it
together. Once you have done it, would be great if you share it here, so we
can uploaded to the contest page.

Hi everyone:
Thanks for your confirmation about the receipt of the email. In the
previous days, Anna Torres has emailed you with some tasks. Our first task
is create a main site in Meta to spread the word about the contest[1]. This
version is ready to be translated in every language as we can have in this
initiative. (note: we are not English native speakers, if you have a edit
to do, please, do it... it's a wiki :)).
Any assistance is welcome.
Another issue to work is about setup the local jury. In our chapters and
organizations is pretty easy to create a jury team, but in this case we
have a major challenge to do, because in this contest we have international
WUG -like as Women in Red and Wikimujeres- and chapters. So how do you
imagine the local jury: per country, per Wikimedia project, per
organization, per country of origin?. We, in Iberocoop team, imagine the
local jury per Wikimedia project from every organization, but this issue
must be discussed in this group.
