I have listed the following countries as 'likely participating': Finland, Georgia, Ghana , Greece, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria , Palestine, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Tanzania.
If your country is listed under 'likely participating', that means that there was something going on. Please make sure that it is answered/is taken care of as soon as possible!
I have considered the following countries as 'maybe participating' (they will not be listed): Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Sudan, Zambia.
In the coming days, I will keep updating this overview.
