This list has been in existance for quite a while now, and never really took off. The idea was to have different African teams that organise WLM in their country, share experiences.

If you want to do that, I suggest you do that at the main WLM mailing list.

I have requested to close the list (as I get to deal with the spam, and no purpose is served currently). If you have a better purpose in mind for this list, please object also here: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T131058
