Hello all,
I'd like to strongly advocate that (provided they're up for it), we do a "Wikipedia Loves Threadless" design challenge for 10th anniversary t-shirts.
Some background:
http://strategy.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposal:Sponsor_a_%22Wikipedia_loves_Thr...
http://www.threadless.com/loves
This is something we could get started relatively quickly with little overhead, and if the timeline works out, we could use the shirts as giveaway swag for events.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Erik
Definitely, do it! I would like to suggest that we ask for a design that can also be (semi-)applied or intra/extrapolated to other swag such as mugs etc. to fit the needs in each country.
Best,
Lodewijk

Indeed, and it would also be important to mention licensing requirements.
A great way to centralize the creation of designs - for sure.
I'll do a bit of research with a few contacts I have at threadless as well. They might be able to open things up a bit for something this significant.

I love this idea, I think it would work nicely as a contest throughout the fundraising campaign this year.

It is a great idea. Threadless is a good community (and run by good people). Props to Sage and all who worked on it. SJ
