Hi Everyone, I wanted to know is there any way that organizers Can still request for merchandise. Here in Jaipur we don't have any merchandise and moreover we already requested Steven to send one box to us but there is still no response. I know now it is too late that goodies can arrive on time but the thing is most of the people belongs to same community so most of us are in contact. We organizers can distribute the merchandise to everybody (who contributed in anniversary event) later because guys are collecting fund by their self to print banners and stickers and for buying kites. It is important to inspire them for future. This will be the new chapter of Wikipedia in Jaipur because this is the ever first event form Wikipedians in Jaipur. I hope I will get a satisfactory reply very soon.

Actually, I should probably just send this message to the list, so thanks for bringing it up here!
If you're an organizer that requested merchandise after January 1st and I haven't yet confirmed with you that you should be expecting a kit, then the deadline has passed. See my original reminder here: http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikix-l/2010-December/000106.html
The deadline was because we've estimated that it takes at least 7-10 business days to reliably ship internationally via FedEx, which doesn't include time for customs delays etc, which have happened quite often in reality.
If you requested merchandise for an event that is happening after the actual anniversary of January 15th, I will be getting back to you in due time. We will be able to ship through roughly January 30th, depending on what our inventory looks like and when your event is.
Considering that gearing up for the actual anniversary is our priority this week, I appreciate your patience.
