Hey Leinad,
We can definitely try to do that, but for now if there are quality issues with the OGG files on Commons the best solution is to watch the versions on Vimeo (http://www.vimeo.com/wmfoundation) or YouTube (http://youtube.com/wikipedia).

Hey,
Many users complain that it's difficult to play video: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WalesCalltoAction.ogv (video from main page of ten.wiki) - the problem occurs in Firefox and Chrome, but the Opera works fine.
Could you re-convert video and re-upload to the Commons? - I hope it will resolve problem.

I uploaded these files to Commons: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:WalesAnniversaryAddress.ogv http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:WalesCalltoAction.ogv If you click the closed caption (CC) icon on the editor, you can use Universal Subtitles to add captions or create translations into any language. Someone should upload the English .srt so people can immediately begin translating. Cheers, Ben
