Thousands of new articles on fr.quote

In the last 3 months, the French Wikiquote has more than doubled its number of articles. <http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikiquote/EN/TablesArticlesTotal.htm> Some investigation showed that this is because of the 4000+ articles created by this user: <https://toolserver.org/~nikola/articlesby.php?user=Clelie+Mascaret&lang=fr&…> Apparently, she's creating a theme article for each and every word, by adding to them all the quotations which contain that word, or at the very least by applying very loose selection criteria if any. The Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees is the ultimate governing authority of the Wikimedia Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in the United States. The Wikimedia Foundation manages many diverse projects such as Wikipedia and Commons.
