It appears that we have problems on the encoding. It always seems to convert itself to tis-620 and not utf-8 (which cause the problem some of the text may not displayed properly, should there be any discussion that require the use of Thai language). Should this problem persists, I may, to avoid the encrypted text, have to join in the discussion in English
