One thing we've never really had is a display about the global projects. It would be nice to have something that really focuses on the community as well as the projects.

We should take whatever banner-y/sign type things we've got, since we don't know what the space looks like -- we might want them hung behind us, off the tables, etc. If we don't use stuff we can always just store it.
I'm pretty sure they will give us extra chairs.
I will get:
- water for the volunteers & snackfoods
- extra duct tape and cords for hanging
- a couple display print-on-demand books (i've got a couple)
- table skirting / sheets
- scissors
We don't have anything specific about the local group -- one year I made business cards with the list address.... If we don't have anything else I can just whip something together again...
