Hi!
The next Nordic meeting would be held in Estonia. For that to happen, we
need to make some preparations, and first could be determining the specific
date of the event.
We are considering October 4-6 or 18-20. Are there any preferences or we'll
just choose randomly? :)
// CEE meeting is on October 11-13; WikidataCon will be held on Oct 25-26.
So if we'll have it in October, then there are only two suitable weekends
to choose from.
As a note: we plan to cover the transportation & accommodation related
costs inside the borders of Estonia; getting people to Estonia (and taking
them back home) will be on you to deal with (as this is likely to most
reasonable thing for all sides).
The general logistical plan is that Friday would be more like sightseeing
in Tallinn & getting to know people (i.e. picking people up from the
airport, showing the town and having a joint dinner with Estonian
Wikipedians). After that, we'll take a train to Tartu and spend the next
1,5 days on more intense work.
As for the program part, we are still thinking about how should we set the
focus on this event. With some of you, there were also program-related
discussions in Berlin, but for the other members of this list, just wait
until May.
TL;DR: I'd like to have a replay from every country about if there is any
preference regarding the dates of the event.
