I'm very interested in people's frustrations around Phabricator, because I think
they're probably stopping quite a few people from being able to engage there with
Wikimedia software development at large.
To log in, you just need to already be logged in to Wikipedia (or any other wiki) and then
go to
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/login/ and select the "Log In or Register /
MediaWiki" button (the left one).
It'll send you to
mediawiki.org and you'll get a popup asking for you to authorize
Phabricator. Say yes, and you'll be sent back to Phabricator, and now you'll be
logged in. Then, when you look at any ticket, there'll be a comment box at the bottom!
