I inherited the site from Jamie Thingelstad and have been focused mostly on just keeping it up right now.
However, I am interested in doing more with it. It would be interesting to see what uses of OpenBadges we can come up with.
(I've copied the WikiApiary mailing list so that people there can chime in.)

Message:: Hi,
I saw WikiApiary uses the extension OpenBadges and was curious how and what it was used for on the site?
Do you award badges for contributions? Is there a page on WikiApiary with more information on how to acquire a badge and what type of badges are available?
I am looking to use the OpenBadges extension on our wiki and wanted to see an example of its usage.
Also, are you using the extension as if or are you customizing it in any way?
Your insights and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Never heard of this before not even on Wikiapiary and I joined the wiki about eight days after its creation as the third user.
There seems however to be one wiki using this extension [0]. Perhaps they can tell you more details.
Cheers Karsten
