Hi Maria,
I have reworded and posted as follows:
T: Wikimedia orgs applying for annual plan grants: Join @WikiEval event on Sept 4 about setting SMART goals and targets
FB/G+: Wikimedia Program Evaluation is hosting a new virtual event this Thursday (Sept 4). «Setting Goals & Targets in your FDC Proposal» will guide participants from Wikimedia organizations through the use of SMART criteria in their annual plan. The session will be followed by office hours on Wednesday (Sept 10) on the same topic. Join the event here:
However, in general and for the future I would encourage some thinking on whether these are the right channels for this particular target audience - if I'm not mistaken, the number organizations who have submitted a letter of intent and have a realistic chance at this point of satisfying the eligibility criteria for annual plan grants in this round is in the single digits. That would make seem contacting them directly (e.g. via email or talk pages) more effectively. - There is still some value in such tweets and FB/G+ messages for onlookers outside the direct target audience (raising awareness that there a culture of diligent spending of donation money is being built), but for those we would ideally provide some more context information about the APG process etc.
