Pardon me if I missed something, and this is not to criticize your amazing social media work, but why are we tweeting from Wikimedia and then retweeting from Wikipedia? Shouldn't Wikipedia be the priority, particularly in tweets about Wikipedia? What do you think? Why wouldn't we just send tweets from both?

Because the foreign policy article was primarily about the activities of NYC Wikimedians, and I thought maintaining a consistent channel as the @wikimedia account would be best; however, I can see how why @wikipedia being the primary avenue would be better, or how tweeting from both without the use RTs.
Of course, I would also like to feature Foreign policy article on FB/g+ and will be sending that out very soon.
