maybe with a dash to make clear it’s a quote). Either is fine though!

I was just thinking if we wanted to save even more. that would help if
e.g. if there's a manual retweet (i.e. not through the API, just
prefix with "RT"). then they prepend ~15 chars on the beginning and
that's too long.
But then even 130 is too long. Anyway, was just an idea :)
