I'm excited about this! :)
But "translation tool" and "to translate" in such close proximity is kind of a mouthful.
And what a translation tool does should be fairly obvious.
How about, for Twitter, just simply:
*T (@wikipedia, @wikimedia, @mediawiki): Get a sneak peek at Wikipedia's new content translation tool! https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/07/16/first-look-at-the-content-translation-...
or
*T (@wikipedia, @wikimedia, @mediawiki): Get a sneak peek at Wikipedia's new content translation tool -- with machine translation and dictionary support! https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/07/16/first-look-at-the-content-translation-...
and expanded for FB/G+:
*FB/G+: Get a sneak peek at Wikipedia's new content translation tool, which integrates machine translation, sentence boundary disambiguation, reference adaptation and dictionary support. This will make it much easier to translate articles! https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/07/16/first-look-at-the-content-translation-...
