The Mobile Apps team just released an updated Wikipedia for Android beta app. We've got a blog post going out tomorrow morning (draft here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Blog/Drafts/New_Wikipedia_for_Andr...). For accompanying social media from @wikipedia & @wikimediamobile, can we do something like:
Twitter: Help test out editing and other cool new features on the Wikipedia for Android beta app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.wikipedia.beta
Facebook: Editing coming to a Wikipedia app near you! Check out the Wikipedia for Android beta app and test out editing and other cool new features before they go live for all Wikipedia app users: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.wikipedia.beta
Very open to copy tweaks :)
Hi Maryana,
these read good to me, but we may also want to link the blog post itself for background information, since you took the pain of writing it ;) That's fine though because the text of the tweet is short enough to allow two links.

What about:
Twitter: Edit pages & test cool new features with the new Wikipedia for Android beta app: https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/06/05/new-wikipedia-android-app-beta/ Store link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.wikipedia.beta

Read more at https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/06/05/new-wikipedia-android-app-beta/
(For facebook, I think it's better to use the Play Store link as main attachment, and the blog post as secondary link in the text.)
