LocalisationUpdate blog post:
* t: .@MediaWiki's LocalisationUpdate tool now uses JSON files to update user interface translations automatically: https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/04/03/modernising-mediawikis-localisation-up...
* f/g: +MediaWiki's LocalisationUpdate tool now uses JSON files (instead of PHP) to provide readers with regularly updated translations of the user interface. https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/04/03/modernising-mediawikis-localisation-up...
Looks OK to me - I understand that the automatic updates are not the actual news here and it would be great to find ways to explain the importance of the change to JSON more clearly, e.g. using Siebrand's comment "probably the largest patch set for MediaWiki ever" ( http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2014-April/075587.html ), but that's not contained in the blog post itself, and otherwise I don't see a good option to do that in 140c. Post away ;)

Missing "explains" in F/G, otherwise it lgtm.
Thanks, Tilman. Amir is telling me there are a few errors in the post so I'll wait until he's done correcting them before sending those.
