Not really, this draft is already tweaked to 116 characters (one below the maximum, considering that the link needs to fit in too, shortened to 23 characters). But we can actual link to @GSoC instead of the hashtag #GSOC.
The URGENT is a little extreme to me, no one's life is at stake.
OK, I didn't want to second-guess Quim's assessment of the seriousness of the situation, but maybe I'll just take it out ;)
