We need to tweak the tweet a bit because of the link (to the blog post) which makes it about 10 characters too long. One suggestion off the top of my head:

We can also post on facebook and G+ (and usually do) we can do that with the text you proposed above (less care about characters obviously) or expand on it a little bit (not too much) with something we say in the post.
