It’s kind of tricky since he probably shouldn’t be editing the article himself since he has a conflict of interest. But this is a pretty cool opportunity to get a little PR boost for the Twitter account.
Personally I’d point him to Help:Editing (or point him to the OTRS email addresses?)

So, I have a question. How do we respond to these types of questions on social media? I have a tweet from Diplo's account asking for helping editing the English Wikipedia article on his other project, Major Lazor.
Can we just tweet from @wikipedia the "Help:Editing" page? Or tweet for his to write on the article's talk page requesting the change for the article's photo?
