I don't recall us deciding to cut down on RTs in general. That said, there was a sense we should be mindful what to retweet from where, and that we should aspire to move beyond mere RTs to custom-crafted messages when have the capacity.
In that light, I would retweet this one from @wikimedia, but not @wikipedia or the other accounts.
I would retweet from wikipedia. The ED is a big news item in my opinion, very different from WMF programs.
The news item is "Liz Gannes is now chatting with the Executive Director of Wikimedia, Lila Tretikov at CodeMobile". Not exactly earth-shattering in my opinion (many people won't actually know the journalist or even the conference Gannes, and the tweet doesn't even indicate what Lila said - that information could be much more relevant; indeed while writing this I just noticed that Michael found a link to the actual interview and drafted SM for it; I would focus on that for @wikipedia). True, @wikimedia has seen stuff that's even more inside baseball, which is probably what you are referring to. And obviously we have put out quite a few items about/from Lila via @wikipedia too in the past, when it was newsworthy.
All that said, I won't be too upset if we retweet the photo from @wikipedia - it just doesn't help the conceptual distinction between the two accounts.
