I think it is valuable for you to post also some mentions (MT) to the groups you would gain value from retweeting this, such as the Wiki communities worldwide mentioned in this post. The higher outreach of these posts would really help the. Immunity connect better around your posts. I RT a few, but as our community is less active on social media now only a few RT occur.
I think this is a good idea, but hard to achieve in 140 characteres. The Wikimedia communities we talk about are chapters, user groups and individual program leaders. We could tag some groups accounts, like @WikimediaAffCom (Affiliates committee) and @chaptersplanet, although this last one is not an official account, it appears, and is handled by a bot.
