Hello everyone, I've noticed for quite a while that a lot of our mentions
on Twitter are questions/ reasons why we do not get donations is because we
do not accept bitcoins, which is entirely false. Help me set the record
straight with approving these tweets (also because Jimmy already tweeted so
we're a little behind the ball on this). Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I sent this message to the SM mailing list last week and received no reply,
may be because of the rush on the list and we were just before the week-end:
Would you please publish the following Education newsletter post on our SM

history to edit related articles on Wikipedia. Read a summary of her story
in English in November Education Newsletter or read the whole story she
wrote in Spanish on the Wikimedia Mexico blog.

Hello everyone,
Today is the 12th birthday for Creative Commons, one of our like-minded
organizations. Creative commons licensing is especially important on
Wikimedia Commons, and certainly, Wikipedia as well. I think it would be a
good idea to give them a shout-out.
t: Happy Birthday @creativecommons! Thank you for 12 years of open sharing,
looking forward to many more! #cc12

Hi all,
I have posted on Facebook the Poco a Poco appeal link.[1] It is
getting shared by the chapters, etc.
I have posted from @commonsaviation for #avgeeks[2] but I am getting
asked by more people within the Commons community to get a tweet out
from @wikicommons. Obviously, no-one in the community has access to
that account, so it has to be done by you guys at the WMF. This is
something that is important to the Commons community.
So suggested tweet:
Please donate to help a prolific Wikimedia Commons photographer to
replace stolen photographic equipment. More at:
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/funding-a-new-gear-for-wm-photographer-p…
Can we get a yay or nay on this as soon as possible.
Thanks
Russavia
