Hi, everyone!
In the meeting yesterday, it was suggested that this meeting be held on a reoccurring basis, possibly once every two months. Here are some possible reoccurring times, let me know off-list which, if any, of the times would work for you, and I'll email the list afterwards with the best time.
Last Thursday of every two months: 10:00AM PST, 11:00AM PST, 12:00PM PST (starting with June 30) First Friday of every two months: 10:00AM PST, 11:00AM PST, 12:00PM PST (starting with July 1) First Monday of every two months: 10:00AM PST, 11:00AM PST, 12:00PM PST (starting with July 4)
Thanks for everyone being patient with the technical difficulties yesterday, I'll set up a Webex conference call for the next meeting (and make sure I have backup phone numbers for everyone who plans to attend).
Thanks! Dana
Hi Dana,
I can make the first 7 of those times at the moment, but would only be available for a one hour slot on the 4th July. I'd struggle to always be available for any one of those times especially a first Monday. Last Tuesday or last Wednesday would be easier, the 29th and 30t of the month are generally the clearest in my diary.

I scheduled the meeting to reoccur at *12:00PM PST* on the last Thursday of every two months, starting with *June 30*. The next two will be on August 25 and October 27, also at 12:00PM PST. If this time will consistently not work for you, please let me know and we will do our best to find a better time. I'll send out a reminder for the meeting the week before, as well as call-in information.
Thanks! Dana

Dear all,
I agree that UTC would be better, but this problem could be handled by using Doodle, which is more convenient for scheduling anyway.
For the initial proposed dates, I might be able to make it to the last proposed time on July 4, but otherwise not.
In general, my preference would be for first or last Tuesday or Wednesday, after 7pm UTC.
Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Ziko,
I am sorry to hear the message was confusing and that you missed the meeting for this reason. I actually included a link to http://www.timeanddate.com/ in my confirmation mail with the meeting's date & time in the hope this would avoid confusion, but I appreciate that we switched from UTC to PDT without any actual reason. We should stick to UTC for future announcements.

Hi Dario, Thank you, but don't mention it - it's simply my fault, I didn't look closely enough and thought it is UTC as always. Ziko

Hi all!
Thanks for the notes on the last meeting. I added my feedback. I am sorry I could not attend as I had another appointment at that time fixed long time ago. And thanks for the effort to schedual meetings with long time enough so we can organise to attend them.
On next meetings I am fine what has been said, it works for me. However, on the next meeting on June 30th, I need to double check in order not to conflict with the Wiki & reseach panel at OKcon in Berlin (taking place June 30 & July 1st).
Cheers! Mayo
