tonight, I have been spending some time on Quarto. I should have sooner, but really could not find time.

Here is my wish : I hope very much that it is published at least in english for the elections. In more languages if it is possible, but if not, we should not get mad over this.

I would be very pleased if you could help for it to be in a publishing thing for the elections, as it is explaining part of what we did in the last trimester.

Current status. Few things are now missing 1) the board letter (I will take care of it this week end) 2) the calendar and road ahead on last page. 3) a little bit more of media in languages other than english 4) update of welcome page

I removed the retro part as we had no time to work on it, and replaced it with the chapters. It seemed logical :-)

If someone could help on number 2, 3 and 4, that would be most welcome. I will try to write the road ahead as well.

Otherwise, please help copyediting and fixing english. I would most appreciate.
