I would like to know if anyone could take care of making pdf version when translations are over. I remember someone proposed to do it a while ago, but am not entirely sure (I have Sabina in my memories, but...)

PS : Submarine mentionned outdated information on tech report, which is embarassing. We will make a small update on this. I will check which translations are concerned.
