Publishing partially finished versions:
Nah, never release an unfinished product.
Hmmmm, just as Wikipedia ? ;-)
I noted your points. Several versions are already incorporated on the foundation site. All other versions (html, pdf, print) are to be discussed.
Thanks for your help with the translation :-)

Corrections: Yeah, still needs some. I haven't read the EN version completely yet, but I guess that I can do it this weekend. When is the release date?
Online distribution: I was wondering how would you distribute it, would it be incorporated inside the foundation wiki or as a single HTML? See http://xwsgroup.com/~joseph/Wikipedia/newsletter/2004/september.php for an example.
E-mail distribution: Pretty easy, either plaintext or HTML version, and choose in which language you want it to be sent.
Snail mail: *shrug* I don't consider it to be a priority right now.
Layout and proofreading for print: I'm really concerned about using small fonts, and unnecessary images.
