Translation of the Week is specifically for a minor and under-noticed article on some project, not for general translations.
Aphaia, it would be nice to have a generic blurb of the form: "Please help improve communication among projects. The [[m:Project_Page|Project Name]] project with the goal of {{Goal}}, needs [[m:How_to_Translate|translation help]]: you can help [[m:TR/Page|here]]."
We could then have people translate Project Name and Goal for each new mutlilingual project, add in the right URLs, and quickly produce a "please help" blurb that Cormar, or anyone, could distribute to each project's Village Pump...
