We should work on bringing and keeping the user manual up-to-date. When pages are stable, they should be marked for translation (including code samples). Also, why not to create a 'non-technical hub' at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Pywikibot (to which most related external sites should link)? See for example https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/VisualEditor (as opposed to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:VisualEditor).
