Page cs:Wikipedie:Foo is in namespace 4, but en:Template:Foo is in namespace 10. Follow it anyway? y/n/g

I want to say yes for all. how? I saw somewhere any option, but I am not able to find it now (In some special cases it might be useful (actuality/portal:actuality, selected anniversaries etc).
