As discussed with John on IRC yesterday, there are two issues here. The first is an incorrect family file that is generated (due to the https), which is a bug on our side. The second is the toolserver wiki api that doesn't work, which has been reported on TS JIRA ( https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/TS-1411 ).
