Initial Comment: There is something different in interwiki: for long time was order of loading pages from wikis (when working on only one page) hints first and then other languages in order that was loaded from page. eg lt first, en somewhere in the middle and de,da,uk,bg at the end. When some new link ewas found, it was loaded in the end (if there wsn't another link to the same language)

Now are pages loaded in different order, including hinted pages somewhere in the middle.

Please, correct it
