New sorting lists at Meta reflect changes in local language names (Names.php). Other changes include: addition of lacking codes in alphabetic_revised (bcl, bar, dsb, hif, crh, srn), deletion of invalid codes (ban, fab, kk-cn, kk-kz, kk-tr, ltg, chm) and some other corrections. I removed the lb: specific order, since the meta page says lb uses self.alphabetic. If something is wrong with this, please get community consensus, and update the meta page.
