Initial Comment: If removing a interwiki link, the summary should tell about the reason for this (disambig, namespace, missing page). This would ensure better control of the bot if its removing links which often leads to problems and some trouble. Some abbrev. would be ok; sth. like would help: deleting: de, en (dg); fi, fr (ns); af, bg (mp)
