Blocking bot operators is a pretty bad way to have the interwiki updated. I hope this doesn't happen again. Anyway, applied patch in r5113.

Interesting way to deal with bot operators. I was quite offended to be told that I was blocked because the sorting order was to be fixed and my bot would be blocked until then. Now I am very much not inclined to commit this patch.

Actually, ms: has decided to block on sight any bots not using the revised interwiki sorting order for ms:(see http://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Discussion_Utilisateur:EDUCA33E&am...)
That patch should be given more attention :)
