After a few days of writing tests and (today) porting the unicode support
code, pywikipedia rewrite now fully supports unicode in- and output on
windows:

Hello,
An idea came into my mind and I think you should know this. Buzilla is
WMF bug trakcer and I think we should migrate from sourceforge to
Bugzilla because of these reasons:
1-In the sourceforge, people can report bugs via OpenID. So you don't
need to register and every week we receive spam/non-sense reports [1]
that won't happen If we use bugzilla
2-This become a centralized bug tracker. Some of PWB devs are also
mediawiki devs so they have to work on bugzilla and sourceforge
separately to track bugs but this way all of related bugs for them
will show in a page
3-People don't know sourceforge but they know bugzilla

Hello,
I have two bugs I don't understand. I run the FischBot on Wikidata over
Wikimedia Labs, two days ago it crashed. Now I wanted to restart it but
I get strange errors by pywikibot. I think something was changed there,
but I don't know what. Before the programm run fine.

Hello,
I hate it when people announce that they have joined a list, but now I will
do what I hate. I'm Ling.Nut. I hope I can help out some day, but probably
not soon. I was a programmer in a previous career incarnation. I use Python

The dump is too old to be available from the standard download site:

templated pages?
For example: I have csv with Universities:
