Summary: cosmetic changes and DEFAULTSORT

Initial Comment: script would repair Defaultsort template by adding text = wikipedia.replaceExcept(text, r'{{DEFAULTSORT: ', r'{{DEFAULTSORT:', ['comment', 'nowiki', 'pre'])

but Script maybe shouldn't add empty row between DEFAULTSORT and categories like here http://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nicolas_de_Condorcet&curid=480...
