Summary: Add Swap Piping to solve_disambiguation.py

Initial Comment: Occasionally you'll come across a dab link where the editor has entered [[intended link text|intended target]] - i.e. back to front. Add a new command "|" to swap the left and right sides of the piping.

Further functionality to come, which is why this new command is on it's own line.

Message: I've never seen page pipes where reversed. And if any, the source page must be fixed.
