Summary: pagefromfile -nocontent and redirect bug

Initial Comment: in pagefromfile.py -nocontent doesn't support all cases. is it possible to add other argument that support regexs (for example -regexecceptions)? also it doesn't support redirect pages. if page name is redirection it shows error
