Initial Comment: The listify option of category.py generates a list based on the alphabetical ordering of the articles in the specified category. It would be great if the generated list was sorted based on the category's sort key given in the articles. This is especially needed for categories containing people where the articles are typically sorted based on last name first. For example, all of the categories in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Categories_to_be_listified_then_delete...

At present, listifying the above categories requires a fair amount of manual steps afterwards in order to get the list into last name first order.
