Summary: clean_sandbox.py must use Project: not Wikipedia:

Initial Comment: Please replace all instances of the Wikipedia namespace (including localized versions!) with Project: so it will work on non-Wikipedia projects.

For example, when trying to work on enwikibooks, clean_sandbox.py tries to clean [[:b:en:Wikipedia:Sandbox]], which is really [[:w:en:Sandbox]]!
