I havent been able to find Bináris' code for tocbot.py . Based on https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szerkeszt%C5%91:Bin%C3%A1ris/TOCbot , it appears to be an alternative to archivebot.py , and we might be able to merge the two scripts so that archivebot.py provides the functionality that the Hungarian Wikipedia community have become used to. It would be interesting to create a https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/google-code-in-2014/ task out of this.
