Summary: Bots doesn't recognize category redirect template

Initial Comment: In pt.wp iw bots and commonscat.py doesn't recognize the {{redirecionamento de categoria}} template as redirect, adding commonscat and iw on those cats. The use of the template is {{redirecionamento de categoria|correct cat}}. Template is also already in wikipedia_family.
