Summary: Interwiki.py should consider category redirects

Initial Comment: When working with interwiki.py over category pages, redirects are not considered, so that the script adds interwikis in 'category_redirect' pages. A new feature to consider category redirects would be interesting, in order to follow the redirects, and add the interwikis in the target page instead.
