Initial Comment: license checker bot - created by Panther and patched by me and xqt. It was designed for ru.wiki (and uk.wiki partially) but I suppose that some ideas will be useful for other wikis.

Note: not all pagegenerators are working in the script, it should be somehow corrected or rewritten. Original author (Panther) agreed to license it under MIT license
