Initial Comment: Currently djvutext.py will place {{blank page}} on en.ws; {{blank page}} is deprecated and the template has been deleted. The correct action on en.ws is to place nothing on the body of the page and add "<pagequality level="0" user="Foo" />" (replacing Foo with the name of the bot) in the header above the <div class= >.
