Summary: redirect.py stops in the middle of the process with api erro

Initial Comment: I was running redirect.py to fix some double redirects (on Wikimedia Incubator). After some successful edits, it failed with KeyError: 'apfrom'. Every attempt to restart it fails in the same way, see the output at http://pastebin.com/ZKFCF7kw

The command was: python redirect.py double -family:incubator -lang:incubator -api
